Quote by Sam, Whitley Bay, UK Summer School 2008 - University of Cambridge
My time on the UK Summer School was a completely transformational experience. Beyond what I learned in the classes, the whole experience raised my confidence. Sam, Whitley Bay, UK Summer School 2008 - University of Cambridge
Quote by Andrea Simmons, Newcastle upon Tyne, US Programme 2012
On this programme, the experience completely transformed my attitude towards my ambitions – without them there is no chance I would have applied for the more challenging and prestigious courses that I did. Andrea Simmons, Newcastle upon Tyne, US Programme 2012
Quote by Hannah-Mai Flynn, Tadworth, Pathways to Law 2014
The experience taught me that I preferred learning on the job and that I wanted to work, instead of going to university to just study. A year ago, I wouldn’t have thought of doing an apprenticeship and this option would have been completely off the cards, however this time I received support and encouragement – from my parents and my teachers. Hannah-Mai Flynn, Tadworth, Pathways to Law 2014
Quote by Emily Gotch, the Cotswolds, UK Summer School 2013
My week at Cambridge University was game-changing. I absolutely loved the vibe: everyone’s curiosity and passion for the topics. Learning from and discussing human behaviour with world leaders in the field was awe-inspiring. Emily Gotch, the Cotswolds, UK Summer School 2013
Covid-19
This year we have adapted our programmes to adjust for the ongoing Covid-19 situation. This means the 2020-2022 Pathways programme will likely consist of a combination of face-to-face and digital delivery. So far this year we have delivered a great range of digital sessions, and we will continue to deliver the programme digitally until we can safely return to in person delivery. After the success of our Easter and Summer programmes, and the launch of our new online platform, Sutton Trust Online, we are confident that our programmes will continue to deliver high quality support and engaging activities to our students.
