Private schools ‘game system’ for Oxbridge

The Times’ Rosemary Bennett quotes Sir Peter Lampl in coverage of new Press Association analysis of Oxbridge admissions data. 

Sir Peter Lampl, chairman of the trust, said: “Students should choose the subject that’s the best fit for them, rather than picking subjects to ‘game the system’. It may be that independent schools are able to give better information and guidance about which course their pupils are likely to get in to.”
