Chief Inspector Sir Michael Wilshaw gave a speech at an event held by CentreForum to launch their Education in England: Progress and Goals report. One of the few organisations he referred to during his speech was the Sutton Trust, mentioning statistics from Missing Talent to highlight the failure of the education system to ensure bright children from disadvantaged backgrounds to achieve top grades.
