Eight out of ten fatcats went to fee-paying or selective school - The Mirror

Eight out of ten people holding the most important jobs had fee-paying or selective education.  And nearly 12% of our top businessmen, politicians and diplomats studied at Britain’s top ten privileged schools.  Eton alone – where Princes William and Harry studied – accounted for 4% of the elite posts, including Prime Minister David Cameron.  London Mayor Boris Johnson and new Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby also went there.  An analysis of 7,637 of the nation’s top people was compiled by educational charity, the Sutton Trust.
